Delivery & Returns

Shipping does not include possible import duties and/or VAT charges incurred upon importing the online order to your country.
The parcels are sent from our Amsterdam store in The Netherlands (EU).

All items are sent within 1-5 working days after order placement. Deliveries are made with DHL, UPS or PostNL. See further details below. Refunds can be made within 14 days of receipt of goods purchased and on proof of purchase. See further details below.

DELIVERY
Your package will be sent within 1-5 working days after you place an order.  Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

RETURNS
Here is what you do:

You may return unused articles within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be returned undamaged and unused.
Return costs are the customers responsibility unless the item is faulty and proof is provided.
