Free shipping applies to everything living in The Netherlands. Free shipping on all orders over €100 in Europe. Shipping and handling fees apply to all other orders outside of these regions.

All items are delivered within 1-7 working days after order placement. Deliveries are made with DHL, UPS pr PostNL. See further details below. Returns are free within the Netherlands within 14 days of purchase and for your own account outside of the Netherlands. See further details below. Refunds can be made within 14 days of receipt of goods purchased and on proof of purchase. See further details below.


DELIVERY
Your package will be delivered within 1-7 working days after you place an order. We try to ship as fast as possible (same day if the order is made in time) because we know you are eager to try on your new Rhumaa garment! We ship our packages with DHL, UPS or PostNL and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package. Alternatively the carrier will try 2 more times to deliver the package. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched.


RETURNS
We hope you are very happy with your item, but if you for any reason decide not to keep it,


here is what you do:
You may return unused articles within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be returned undamaged, unused and with their labels attached.
Online orders can’t be returned to other stores.

Please Note:
Always include your order number(s) when you make a return to us. Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. A refund of the returned goods will be made within 14 days to the card you used for the original purchase. We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting.
